Equipment I Use: a Mad Lib plug

recent email regarding my equipment package-

I like to use my medium format camera with a digital back. The camera (body and lenses) are made by________and the digital back is a ________.
As for lighting a prefer portable________ from the _______ lighting co.
Rentals I would strongly recommend ____ -______ in NYC and __________ in LA, but when I'm shooting in Seattle I would go to ___NYC.
Years of trials, R&D and sponsorship deals have lead me to believe that there is no other way.
